  • Coordinate with faculty and represent in college-level decisions.
  • Mentor wing heads and team leads.

Vice-President

Key Role Assists the President, ensures smooth club functioning.

  • Support operations across all wings.
  • Bridge communication between teams and members.
  • Act as interim President if needed.
  • Track ongoing activities and offer follow-up.
  • Encourage member participation.

Podcast Wing

Objective Deliver engaging bi-weekly podcasts featuring expert and student voices.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule podcast topics and guests.
  • Conduct interviews and prep scripts.
  • Record, edit, and publish episodes.
  • Promote and archive content.
  • Maintain quality and relevance.

Blogging & Magazine Wing

Objective Promote creative writing, reflection, and professional awareness.

Responsibilities

  • Curate and edit student and faculty submissions.
  • Maintain regular publishing cycles.
  • Handle content formatting and visuals.
  • Ensure editorial quality.
  • Encourage submissions through contests and themes.

Campus News Coverage

Objective Inform students with timely career and educational updates.

Responsibilities

  • Compile weekly news on scholarships, exams, etc.
  • Craft concise and engaging summaries.
  • Run the “Edutainment” segment.
  • Coordinate with Blogging Wing and faculty.
  • Archive and release reports consistently.

Campus Talks Wing

Objective Host TED-style talks to share ideas and stories that matter.

Responsibilities

  • Plan themes and speaker line-ups.
  • Mentor presenters on delivery.
  • Manage logistics and hosting.
  • Record and publish talks.
  • Collect audience feedback.

Content & PR Team

Key Role Manages written communication and branding across platforms.

  • Draft content for events, blogs, and social media.
  • Maintain consistent voice and tone.
  • Design and promote campaigns.
  • Collaborate with wings for promo materials.

Logistics Coordinators

Event Coordinators
